About

I view therapy as one of the most powerful forms of advocacy, and I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces where people—especially those from marginalized communities—can feel seen, affirmed, and empowered. My work is grounded in narrative and feminist therapy, holding the belief that people are not the problem—the problem is the problem. The stories you carry have been shaped within systems of power, culture, and survival. Together, we examine what has been inherited, what has been imposed, and what you are ready to reclaim. Through our work together, we make space to gently unbind your story from what has constrained it, and support you in re-authoring a life that reflects your values, your truth, and your freedom. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it is about returning to yourself with clarity, support, and agency. I’m especially passionate about working with folks exploring identity, sexuality, gender, trauma, relationship dynamics (including non-monogamy), and eating or personality-related concerns. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and connected to the life you want to build.
